Consider the Great Commandment as a framework for care within a multi-staff ministry and try the following:
Love of Self: At a meeting of the staff, have each respond to the following. If I were to give you $20 to use in a totally self-indulgent way, that is to love your self, what would you do? After each has answered, give them $20, ask them to carry out their thoughts and report back to the group how they felt in taking care of self.
Love of Neighbor: Provide note cards and envelopes. Ask each to pick out a member of the congregation that they have caught doing something good in the past month and write them a note of appreciation. Again, ask them to report back to the group their feelings as they took this simple act of care for a neighbor.
Love of God: Ask each to set aside at least 15 minutes of uninterrupted time and contemplate God in a loving way. They might want to think of adjectives that praise God or Scriptures that reflect on the character of God or just focus on why they love God. For some it might be better to write about God while for others it might be pure meditation.
These are simple acts, but they are a good beginning for a staff to share in what it means to love God with their whole self and their neighbor as their self.
