If you are fortunate, you won’t have any obligations on this labor day and will spend it relaxing with loved ones. It is always ironic that we spend labor day not laboring. Of course there are always those who can’t stand that and plan extra activities to fill in the gap. Our local Habitat has a Labor Day Blitz. I understand that but I also feel for clergy who just want a day off to relax.
So whether you are involved in an extra activity, or just taking some time to reconnect with those you love, I hope you have a wonderful labor day.
